"The hotel itself was lovely. The staff was friendly. However, the air conditioner in my room and my friend's room didnt work properly. We called the front desk who sent someone to mess with the buttons, and they claimed it was working. But, we had the AC set at 15°C (just to cool it down), and it never got below 23°C. It was an uncomfortable night of sleep."

"We had a great stay here! The staff were fantastic and the villa was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing missing was warmer weather so we could enjoy the pools more but that is not the hotel’s fault that we had bad timing and came when it was cold out.
