Hanoi Lotus is an excellent hotel. I stayed for 4 nights in a balcony room. The decor is quaint 1960s style which is attractive. There is some nice artwork in the room. The cleaning staff cleaned the room to a very high standard. The WiFi was fast, the water was hot and the water pressure was amazing! The hotel is set around the corner from a busy street and was very quiet, yet within walking distance of central Hanoi's main attractions. Breakfast is in a sister hotel two minutes walk from Hanoi Lotus. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again when next in Hanoi.

Happy was excellent, he was very helpful, excellent service. Hotel newly renovated so the hotel was great. They have great tours at the front desk, really enjoyed all my trips.

10/10 Experience – Highly Recommend!
This is easily one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are clean and spacious with super comfortable beds (my 6'4" husband slept perfectly during our 9-night stay). The location is ideal—close to the Old Quarter but away from the chaotic noise, with easy access to everything via walking or Grab.
The breakfast selection was amazing, and the hotel's tour, transfer, and fast-pass booking services made our trip effortless. What truly sets this place apart is the staff. Huge shoutouts to the management team, Viper for always looking after us with water, and Aiden for the friendly chats. Don't hesitate, just book it!
