The apartment was fantastic. The view from the balcony was spectacular overlooking the Nile.. the apartment was clean and the cleaning services are great. Mohammed Ahmad was the guy in charge of the apartment during my stay there and he was absolutely amazing. He provided great assistance. The location of the apartment is perfect. I will definitely be staying there again and I will be sending other others to stay there as well.

The staff was very helpful. Place was hard to locate upon arrival. There is a hotel next door to the left under the same name. After speaking with people there at the hotel, the person was about to send us (my wife and I) across town somewhere. The uber driver arrived and was confused because the address was right where we were. He literally drove up the block and turned and looked at us confused (as he should have). Lol He finally asked a dude that was sitting at a cafe at the corner to help us. The person took us back to the hotel and after sorting everything else, took us 2 doors over to the right place. Lol After such a long flight, can imagine that wasn't fun. After finally getting settled in, the staff was great (very helpful and courteous), the room/place was excellent, the view was beautiful, everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again. Just recommend better instructions upon arrival listed in the property info.

We booked a 2 bedroom unit. First we went to the hotel with our reservation and they told us to go to the next building because it was a Brassbell Zamalek booking. We went to the next building and there was a problem which they resolved by sending us back to the hotel who gave us a 2 bedroom suite that was not renovated with a very old and dirty carpet and a very high bathtub. We requested to be moved, but all they could offer was a one bedroom. We still did not get an explanation as to why our original booking was not honored

Appartement très spacieux Quelques éléments demanderaient à etre mieux entretenus (fenêtre mal installée) L’état général de l’immeuble est satisfaisant mais mériterait également quelques aménagements (cages d’escalier par exemple)

Une pépite si on séjourna à 3 ou 4. Car c est un appartement. L extérieur fait un peu peur ainsi que les parties communes. Mais quand on ouvre la porte , c est une jolie surprise. Le concierge, le gardien et la personne avec qui j étais en contact sont charmants et réactifs
