"Airport shuttle service very good. Very close to Airport, so super convenient. We got upgraded to very nice modern rooms with fresh fruit. Recommend to stay there if you need to get to airport quickly for a next day flight. Reception is bit dated, but apart from that all good."

"The breakfast was amazing, the restaurant selections were varied, we ate at the Egyptian nights restaurant and it was very good. The main building (the palace) is very beautiful. It’s a great location, the staff were wonderful, and I felt very safe. Would not hesitate to stay here again. "

"The cleanliness of all areas is second to none smells of lotus flowers and incense professional hard working friendly staff will bend over backwardsto ensure you have the best stay possible I have never encountered hospitality like this anywhere the property is decorated to the standard of a museum it is a work of art and the oldest property here everything from staff to property is exceptional if I comeback to Egypt I will only stay here it's lovely and has made my stay the absolute best it could have been every hope has been far exceeded you are treated as a member of their family incredible people I will never forget."
