This hotel was amazing! Me and my wife went for the honeymoon and had a bad experience in the previous resort. This one was a top-notch. Very much recommended. Very clean, staff is always there to help, property is very clean and everything was provided in the room to use in case you forgot sometime. I would stay here again.

The hotel is 5 stars . I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was somewhat accommodating and somewhat passive aggressive . For example , during check in , I wasmt told about any of the amenities throughout the hotel . I learned alot about the hotel through exploration and the manager introducing herself to me in executive lounge . I prepaid for breakfast each day and the waiters seemed to be selective on who they waited on to get coffee and juice . There weee times when I had to get my own coffe . Overall , the stay was good , I wish I knew more about the hotel on the first day because me and my husband found the second heated pool through exploring .

Great hotel and great front desk staff, specially the concierge Samir. Location is fantastic near airport. Breakfast staff are too eager to please but sometimes it is a bit annoying. Disappointment: there is smoking area in the breakfast buffet area.

The front desk staff especially the red head guy were rude. The room we upgraded to had executive lounge access but the guy in reception had to ask his manager if he can give us access as we presented our Egyptian ID’s instead of the Canadian passports. The hotel and facilities are nice, it’s just the attitude of the employees that make you feel not welcome!

Exceptional hospitality

The JW staff and accommodations are top notch. The hotel is lovely and the personnel elevate the definition of hospitality. Ahmed at the front desk worked with me to resolve issues I had with Hotels.com, Mahmoud kindly anticipated my every need at breakfast each day, and Moustafa provided excellent service and suggestions at the Mirage Cafe in the evenings. My suggestions is to skip hotels.com entirely and book directly on their website.

I was very impressed with the staff and the shops. Especially the flower shop they made a special arangment for with oing out of their way to find the flowers i wanted made my girlfriend very very happy.

Very nice and helpful staff and management. The chief was very acommodating to my husband low sodium meals. The housekeeping staff was great. I want to thank management for hiring great people to work for the JW Marriott Hotel Cairo.

Excellent stay at the JW Marriott Cairo, 5th area

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel facility is great. What impressed me most is the staff esteem to keep customer happy. I can in particular mention the supervisor of reception Mr Mohammed excellent customer service skills that concluded our stay with a great satisfaction. I have no reservation to recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Likewise, iam sure to comeback again to stay at this excellent hotel. Mr Mohammed the supervisor of the reception desk, thank you for your exemplary work and likewise the hotel staff.

The JW Marriott Cairo is fabulous! Beach area, swimming pools, spa, soft pillows and bedding. Good food. Free airport service. Piano player. Friendly staff. Coffee, tea, water in room. I had garden view with sliding doors onto patio with grass and umbrella and padded lounge chairs. Has salon. Got a pedicure. I could go on and on. Lovely place to stay. Lots of security. And golf.

high fees for nothing

The hotel staff was so stiff, only the valet and concierge were friendly. Security staff were rude. Also front desk staff weren't friendly. At the end of the trip I got charge a large resort fees that were as much as two night stay - ridiculous
