Disappointed Hotel to celebrate New Year.

A little disappointed as it advertised a bar and 2 restaurants, but this is a area that doesn't sell alcohol and never found second restaurant (Lebanese )until last day as it's in the sports hall. As we went to Cairo to celebrate New Year was very disappointing and they had a event in the Hotel for New Year but fully booked to outside guests. The Hotel is clean and friendly and is in quiet area but most guest were sportsmen and trainee police from the academy we was led to believe.

The door lockers is not working, No enough tissues, blankets, no convenience plugs to use.. There rare guys everywhere in the hall ways smoking laughing out loud and looking at the ladies who passing by. Everyday there is a wedding party with a lot of strangers inside the hotel lobby and hallways. The music is very loud since that the weeding hall inside the hotel and very close to the rooms. The security check the cars every time I am coming in or getting out from the hotel. When I asked the security guy why, he informed me that the hotel is managed by the army forces and subject to their rules and regulations. I do not know this when I did my reservation, otherwise, I will never take my wife to such place. It's good for guys or business travelers. I will never recommend it to anyone. It reminds me with army camps .

never go there,very bad service,reception and food

never go there the hotel got worse and worse the reception man was impolite , unprofessional and Uncooperative they insisted to receive cash and refused credit card which was already used during booking , they gave us 2 far rooms , and after complaint we changed to 2 near rooms which main there was availability from the start , so we was very late check in at 5:00 pm. in the restaurant , very bad staff who don't want to work and chefs who don't want to cook any food in live stations, very bad service. the types of food was limited variety and even the available food was of very poor quality, we didn't find anything good to eat. the room and pool was good. this hotel can't be 5 star and should be downgraded to 2 star only

Overall is Ok The food is well done but the dining area is not well furnished. The swimming pool is fair but closes too early at 5 p.m. which is terrible to leave the pool at this wonderful time. The aqua park is fully loaded as it left open to public so I do not recommend as regard privacy issues. Drinks and snacks even cooked food for in room service or at swimming pool are very cheap than outside cafe or restaurants. In general it is a good value for money.

الإقامة كانت ممتازة الفندق مريح ومميز لكن يحتاج من عاملي نظافة الغرف الاهتمام اكثر بالتفاصيل وتوفر كل شيء بالغرفة قبل دخول العميل حيث لم نجد ماء عند دخولنا وطلبناه اكثر من مرة ولم يأت غير ذلك الاستقبال جيد والفندق في المجمل رائع

Arnaque. Prix surtaxés de 30 %pour étrangers

Sommes arrives a 2h00 du matin. Le taxi a eu bcp de mal a trouver ce complexe qui semble magnifique sur les photos. Piscine exterieur etc.... a notre arrivée l on nous surtaxe le prix de 30 % car nous ne sommes pas Egyptiens!!!!. De plus. Nous leur demandons de nous faire du cash car nous n avons plus de livres Egyptiennes à part une carte de ctedit. Et bien impossible. Ce complexe se trouve perdu dans un nouveau quartier en construction sans âme. Le déjeuné a l air magnifique. Les boissons sont servies dans des goblets en cartons plastiques jetables. Dommage. Le matin pas d eau. Panne de courant. Ascenseur idem. Cela dure 10 mn. Bref. A fuire

Unfriendly hotel to tourists

No hotel shuttle to airport, only place to eat was buffet in a large open room. Felt like being in University dorm facility. Asked where bar/lounges were. It was told they don’t have. Web site says they have 2. Unfriendly staff except 1 lady. Charged more upon arrival because I’m not Egyptian. Felt like a prisoner upon arriving as hotel is behind large wall. Nice clean hotel but unless your with a sports team, it’s not a place for a tourist.
