Room was very clean and secure with camera surveillance in the hallways etc. Staff was wonderful and provided great service from the stay to transportation needs and touring around Egypt with a guide. An excellent place to stay for my first time in Egypt. The rooms are comfortable and mine had an impressive view of the pyramids.They offer remarkable tours of various places, and worked within my budget. The surrounding area is somewhat dingy and there is lots of noise from the streets, but no matter where you stay in Giza, that is going to be the case. Ear plugs help.

So here’s the deal, the hotel itself is not in the best location and isn’t the cleanest but, the service, hospitality and friendliness of Ibraheem and his brother cannot be matched. They are wonderful people and will make sure you will have a fantastic time. Absolutely stay here for the family atmosphere, hospitality, and comfort knowing that you are in good hands.

I stayed for 7 days here at the start of March. The room was lovely and clean, with an awe-inspiring view of the pyramids. The brothers who run the place were always helpful and I had some conversations which I will cherish. I’d never been to Egypt before and they did their upmost to ensure my stay was memorable and that I was made feel safe and welcome. They organised tours for me and I was both humbled and honoured to be invited into their home for dinner.

Will definitely stay again!!

If you want to stay near the pyramids and don’t mind the business of the roads outside, then this is the hotel for you! From the moment we checked in, Mahmoud was very welcoming and hospitable. He ordered a couple fresh squeezed mango drinks for us, which was a pleasant surprise after our long flight. We rented a car and there are parking spaces next to the main entrance. They have a security guard that watches the car lot and main entrance. That definitely gave us peace of mind. Breakfast was delicious and always served with a smile. Room is clean and spacious. Very nice hot water! Fresh towels and water bottles available anytime we needed them. Mahmoud made sure we made the most out of our trip and was always there to help us with anything we needed. We really appreciated him making sure we were taken care of. At one point he knew we didn’t have cash and loaned us some until we could get to an atm. They are REALLY great people that go out of their way for their customers. Mahmoud also has connections to great drivers/ services that can take you to wherever you want to go at an affordable price. Stay at this Inn, you won’t regret it!!

3泊をお世話になりました。 マネージャーのマムーさんやサップさんは日本が大好きな方でとても良くしてくれました。 まずは空港に無料で迎えに来てくれました。タクシーの呼び込みやUberでのナンバープレート解読の心配も無く安心して移動が出来ました。 また深夜0時頃に到着し時差の関係で夕飯を食べていませんでしたが、チェックイン後直ぐに食事の手配をしてくれて部屋でゆっくり食事が出来ました。 お水も毎日無料で追加してくれるし必要な物はすぐに対応してくれました。 場所的にはピラミッドや大エジプト博物館に近くとても便利。ちょっとガヤガヤした地域にありますが、大手ホテルにはないカイロらしい現地の雰囲気が味わえます。 部屋からはなんとピラミッドが見えます。そして部屋には大きな浴槽があり、お風呂に浸かってピラミッドも見られます。勿論ベッドからも。 ピラミッド近くのレストランに食事に行った時も車の手配をしてくれました。 お手頃の価格の小さいホテルですが、マムーさんがゲストは家族ですと言うように最高のサービスでした。 ギザでお勧めのホテルです。
