"Amazing staff. Wonderful hotel. Everything was above and beyond expectations. Location was phenomenal. Walking distance from so many great restaurants, coffee shops, etc in Zamalek (think Soho in NYC) grab a coffee and pastry at Simonds about half a mile down on the left. Was one of the best parts of our stay. Hotel service was impeccable. We stayed at the Ritz on the other side of the Nile last time and we thought that was wonderful, but this was on a whole different level."
