Very nice stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I arrived about five hours before check-in and the staff was so kind as to allow me to check-in early. The staff was helpful in every way and the tours booked through them were very nice. I highly recommend, and the view of the pyramids was amazing

The owners and staff were really friendly and helpful. Never had a problem with being asked questions or for refills for the room. The location is good as it's quite close to the pyramids, quad biking and GEM. Choice of restaurants within short taxi ride. Booked some tours through them and it was all arranged very smoothly

The staff was very nice helpful and accomodating They helped with tours and transportation The bed was comfy with a balcony and view of the pyramids The lunch was outstanding on the top floor outdoors with a full view of all the pyramids FWI the free transportation they mention for a specific time frame is for only one way To get to the airport is $30

From the very first day, we were welcomed with a smile and felt that the entire team genuinely wanted us to feel at home. Although the team is very young, we were truly impressed by their kindness and the genuine care they showed towards their guests. They were always available to help us with anything we needed, including arranging several activities through the hotel, all of which went perfectly. People are what make the difference, and without a doubt, this team was a very important part of our trip. Thank you all for your attention, kindness, and willingness to help and for making us feel so welcome throughout the entire week. A special thank you to Ahmed, Nader and the rest of the team. Also there is no elevator which they dont mention so this is not good place for older people or someone with physical disabilities

Airport transfer to hotel with Ahmed was excellent. He was so informative, it was like being with a tour guide. Hotel is small and on a very busy, noisy, dirty main road. All the staff were lovely and thank you to Mido for making us feel so welcome. Breakfast is delicious and sitting on the rooftop terrace with a view of the pyramids was amazing. Do not have high expectations of the hotel. It is small and in need of redecorating, just needs repainting everywhere and a few things fixed - like both TVs in our room did not work and our towel rail was hanging off the wall. But the rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. We used the provided ear plugs, to block out the constant noise of the beeping traffic, which you hear all over Cairo, and we all slept really well. Air con was great. Note that there is no lift, so my 81 year old mother had to climb the flights of stairs to the third floor each time. It was ok for us. I would recommend this place for the breakfast, the staff and the beautiful view. If you want luxury, go elsewhere and pay more money.

Our stay at Taj was exceptional. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and just what we needed for a good nights rest after a long day of activities. A highlight of this hotel is the rooftop with phenomenal views of the pyramids. Eating breakfast every morning with views of the Pyramids was amazing. Taj set up our pick up from the airport which was smooth and easy. Once we arrived the owner of the hotel helped us arrange all of our tours for the week. All we had to do was enjoy our time in Egypt. I would definitely stay here again!
