"Rating for us would be 5!!!!!OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!!!We were ABSOLUTELY loving your warm and welcoming HOME.Your home had EVERYTHING we needed to have our size FAMILY gathering for my husband 60th and my niece's early HS graduation. Which held 54 people very very comfortably.The kitchen was fully stocked with any type of utensils, small to large size pots, crockpot, baking ware, serving items. The island was perfect to stage our food. To give you an idea of how much you can set up on it. We had 8 full sz aluminum pans and 6 half sz pans.There was plenty of room for everyone to sit and eat from 2 dining areas, outside under gazebo, lounge chairs and garage.Pool and KIDS room was a huge bonus. Kept them busy and entertained.The adults LOVED the gazebo but especially the garage with a pool table, drum set and arcade game.Our dogs also loved their stay!!!!The long long driveway was wonderful. You can park up to 11-15 cars depending on sizes.This is a HOME away from HOME location. It doesn't make you feel like your at a rental.. Felt like we were visiting a family home.THANK YOU THANK YOU & THANK YOU. You allowed us to build so much memories in a FAMILY STYLE HOME"

"Marion is a wonderful host, her blueberry pie and mandarins were yummy and thoughtful. Safe, quiet area, the room as all you need for a short stay and perfect for a solo female traveller. Will definitely be back"

"My family really enjoyed this place. My kids wanted to live in a 2-story house and dream came true! The only thing that was downside was that not all beds were queen size, which didn't match the description. "

"Great outdoor space with fruit trees! The pool was a bit too cold during our visit, but the kids loved going back and forth between the hot tub. We were told ahead that one of the game machines wasn’t working, but we were able to fix it-- and enjoy it. A few small quirks (couch sectionals not clipped together, water drip from the solar heater by the exit door, a loose side table top, and some missing toiletries), but everything was clean including the kitchen and comfortable overall.The pre–check-in process was more detailed than expected with several forms and a phone call before the house code could be released; though it all worked out fine. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the outdoor area and hot tub time with the kids."
