"This is in the center of Palma and close to many restaurants and activities. It was walkable to so much. Parking was a bit difficult, but they do have parking garages near by that are not affiliated with the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. There are multiple beautiful pools to enjoy. The breakfast was a bit pricy, so we didn’t get it. It was a buffet with many options it appeared. We had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. I would definitely stay again. "

"Lovely stay. Staff at reception excellent, upgraded us free to a better room. Pool area was superb. Location was perfect, about 15 minutes to Palma's old town. Definitely recommend staying here."

"This property was convenient to the airport for my one night stay. Dennis at the front desk upgraded me and helped me when I had questions. Breakfast was excellent and staff took care of my luggage when i asked after check out. "

"The Aubamar suite and spar is exceptional in all areas The rooms beautiful as were the staff .The exceptional pool area with lots of space between sun beds. Also very quiet and so relaxing. Thank you for a fabulous holiday"

"The El cid hotel is an excellent hotel, we have stayed twice now and have enjoyed the hotel.and facilities each time.The location to the beautiful beach and lots of restaurants and shops is second to none! The hotel rooms and facilities are in my opinion superb, the food is fantastic with lots of variety..I would highly recommend this hotel in the Playa de Palma area, also.only 10 mins drive to the airport, so.tranfers are minimal. Palma is a short 20 min drive away with all the things a lovely city has to offer!! Dont hesitate, , give this hotel serious consideration when looking, you will be glad you did.😎🏝🌞👌"

"Iv based my review on value for money. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the staff are very friendly and efficient. Rooms are basic but fit for purpose, the shower is poweful and the beds are comfortable, the air con is great but the wifi not so great. The location is spot on just a short but pleasant walk down the hill to the beech and main strip where there is plenty to do socially. Plenty of markets to grab snacks and drinks and loads of food places near by. Thanks for a great mini break."
