"We had an excellent stay at OKU Ibiza and were impressed across the board. The staff are exceptionally well trained, friendly and professional, with a consistently high level of customer service throughout the hotel. The valet service was particularly efficient and made having a hire car completely hassle-free. Breakfast was superb, with an excellent choice and noticeably high-quality ingredients. One of our favourite things about the hotel, though, was the atmosphere around the pool. It manages to feel relaxed and stylish without being pretentious. We especially loved the afternoon DJ sets – starting with chilled music and gradually increasing the tempo as the afternoon went on, but always done tastefully and never overpowering. The sunbeds deserve a special mention – genuinely the best we have ever had at a hotel! They are incredibly wide and comfortable and make spending a day by the pool an absolute pleasure. Our room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed, and we were delighted to receive an upgrade at reception to a suite, which made the stay even more special. Overall, OKU Ibiza gets the balance just right: great service, excellent food, a beautiful setting and a relaxed but sophisticated atmosphere. We would happily return."

BE CAREFUL when you check out for random charges!! I got charged for parking and didn't have a car! Receptionist said he would remove it but when I got home it was on my credit card."

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at TRS Ibiza Hotel, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff was professional, warm, friendly and genuinely attentive. A special mention has to go to the butler service and the chefs — everyone went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. The food was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. We tried all three restaurants and the quality of the food was outstanding. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets were also excellent. Even though they were buffets, the quality, freshness, variety and presentation of the food were genuinely impressive and felt much more premium than a typical hotel buffet. We stayed at the Signature Level, and it was absolutely worth it. Our room was beautiful, with an incredible view overlooking the water, and waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. Another fantastic benefit of the Signature Level was the Dine Out experience. The restaurants selected by the hotel were excellent and gave us the opportunity to enjoy some wonderful dining experiences outside the resort as part of our stay. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations — the staff, butler service, chefs, restaurants, buffets, room, view and all the extra benefits that came with the Signature Level. "I holidayed with some friends but booked my own room. Really great value, I paid £650 or around that for a double room with a small balcony area (think I might have been upgraded on the day). Simple rooms - very Balearic in style, huge bed, great aircon etc and room was cleaned everyday. The view is stunning, the little bar is gorgeous as is the restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner. Short walk to a few beaches. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Really loved it."
