"The hotel had only recently opened for the season. On the first day the room was a bit dusty but more or less everything else was fine. Rooms cleaned daily if you required it. The pool needed cleaning out, which was done a few days later. Room was basic but ok. Needed a few more hangers, as some were missing. Fridge and safe in the room. No tea or coffee in the room, although mugs and kettle were included. Everything was within walking distance from the hotel. There is a restaurant annexed to the hotel. Buffet breakfast was available daily for €12. This was varied each day. You could also buy an evening meal buffet which was €16, but you could also order off the menu. All restaurants shut at 11pm, even this one. Pool was freezing, but then again it was Easter, lovely sun terrace above the pool with sun beds. If we were to come to Ibiza again, we would definetly look to see if this hotel had availability."

"2 staff members were very unkind and uncaring Upon arrival we did not get the full sea view room we booked and paid for, only a partial sea view. They were very rude about it I let them know I was very disappointed The hotel itself is nice, good location "

"I also didnt want to leave an amazing review as i dont want this place to be as popular. The staff on arrival were so welcoming and helpful and as a solo traveller this is always a bonus. The room had a balcony overlooking the pool and just beyond that is the sea. Perfect weather and views all round. The food and drinks at the bar are so reasonably priced and both excellent. Special thanks to Ana she is amazing and also Mario for making me feel so at home."

"I love this hotel. It's so quirky and fun. The rooms are comfortable and large and good value. The staff are really lovely and friendly and fun to chat to. This is my 2nd visit to the Cubanito and I would like to return again next year! Perfect for an escape and it feels like you can completely relax."

"Casa Laguna is absolutely stunning. The decor, the pool, the views are simply perfect even at night, watching the sunset Location is perfect, make sure you hire a car to make the most of your trip. I would go back to Casa Laguna in a heartbeat."
