Every member of staff was professional, warm, friendly and genuinely attentive. A special mention has to go to the butler service and the chefs — everyone went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. The food was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. We tried all three restaurants and the quality of the food was outstanding. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets were also excellent. Even though they were buffets, the quality, freshness, variety and presentation of the food were genuinely impressive and felt much more premium than a typical hotel buffet. We stayed at the Signature Level, and it was absolutely worth it. Our room was beautiful, with an incredible view overlooking the water, and waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. Another fantastic benefit of the Signature Level was the Dine Out experience. The restaurants selected by the hotel were excellent and gave us the opportunity to enjoy some wonderful dining experiences outside the resort as part of our stay. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations — the staff, butler service, chefs, restaurants, buffets, room, view and all the extra benefits that came with the Signature Level.
