Very clean and lovely accommodation. Little out of the way and on site food options limited. Staff very helpful and professional. Ideal location for quiet few days in the sun.

Clean room, exceptional helpful staff, superb breakfast, sensational spa, idyllic location

Good Property was conveniently located next to the main shopping and entertainment area of Ibiza. The pool was well kept and the room was cleaned daily. Bad Room was supposed to sleep 4 and was only set up for 3. Kitchen had 3 of each utensil and plates/bowls and only 3 beds. Kitchen was poorly provided with no kettle or toaster and coffee maker was dirty. Parking was provided but very tricky with a small SUV

Found all areas clean. Staff very welcoming however on leaving we were advised a courtesy room would be available as we were not leaving until 1630 hours. We did ask if this needed to be booked but advised no. When approached reception to check use of courtesy room advised not available and could use shower in lower area where toilets were. This was just a shower no hairdryer and actual changing facilities. We had to approach spa to see if we could use facilities in there. As hotel is due to close this coming weekend could not understand why a room was not available. If we had known no courtesy room available we would have planned our day differently
