"Great hotel, with an amazing breakfast and nice beach. Room is quite small and beach is private and nice but there are definitely better beaches within driving distance. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Need a car to drive to dining and shopping. Pizza restaurant on property was amazing btw, best pizza we ever had!"

"We arrived, having received little to no information about check in details, location of the property, before arriving, to find out after an hour hunting the property, numerous calls, without reply to the owner and VRBO, that eventually our host cancelled the booking leaving myself, my wife and my three children under 7 stranded. VRBO subsequently advised me we could find another property, but given the time was 8pm we had to take matters into our own hands and hunt for a last minute accommodation costing over 1500 more. I wouldn’t book with this host again and strongly encourage you not to either. "

"My stay here was very nice. Pros: - 95% of the staff was amazing. Attentive, service oriented, and clearly dedicated to my experience. - the pool is clean and a great feature - great breakfast that was included with the stay - location is amazing. Would highly recommend staying in this location Cons: - there was 1 staff member who was completely unhelpful when we needed somethings at night - although there is AC… it does not work very well. Leaving us warm during the night - they require you to use the same pool towel every day which made the room smelly and it wouldn’t dry by the next day. I found this odd because they gave new bath towels daily. "

"From start to finish this was a wonderful experience. Emiliano with the help of the housekeeper Mrs Milly made us feel welcome and comfortable. Their communication was excellent, the apartment was the best we have ever experienced in terms of its equipment, quality and cleanliness. Every detail has been considered. The decor is typically Sardinian and sea themed, there are snorkels, games, citronella candles, every type of utensil and kitchen appliance you need. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was a blessing in the heat. The owner is so polite and accommodating. The view from the apartment over the bay is beautiful. This was a real find. The drive from Olbia is easy and there is parking for one car. The well maintained pool and beach are a few minutes walk and both are clean and free. Baia Sardinia is walkable and there are plenty of shops and restaurants there. Our holiday was perfect. Thank you so much Emiliano and Mrs Milly!!!"
