"Beautiful property, all staff super friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and we had a lovely sea-view. The one let-down was the food - especially Spatzio - not up to par for a 5 star hotel - a great shame."

"Parfait! Logement très agréable, l'annonce correspond à la réalité.Très bien agencé, une salle de bain et WC pour chaque chambre climatisée !!! Le top.Maison très bien située, l'accès à la piscine et à la mer est très facile. Calme, verdoyant ,jardin arboré. La décoration de la maison est agréable.Séjour parfait dans la maison. Caroline est joignable à tout moment. Accueil parfait.Je recommande vivement Au plaisir d'y revenir"

"È un villino un po’datato ma molto bello e in una posizione incantevole.Meriterebbe qualche miglioria, sia all’interno che all’esterno, ma, tutto sommato, per una vacanza va più che bene.Nota positiva: in tutte le stanze c’è uno split di aria condizionata, compresa la cucina e i due bagni."

"The property was beautiful but the service was severely lacking. I would personally not define this hotel as a 5 star but definitely a good 4 star. Upon arrival there were no welcome drinks or any sort of welcome. We arrived early (which we had let the hotel know in advance due to this being the only flight into the island that day) and they were not able to accommodate an early check in which is completely understandable but instead we had to follow up with them 30 mins after the time of our check in to find out the room had been available and they did not notify us as they said they would so we had just been sitting around waiting. Breakfast was good. The room cleaning was bare minimum, one night they forgot to do our beds and just turned on the night lights. We had an insane amount of ANTS in our room and when we told the front desk about the issue they responded with “it’s nature”. They ended up sending a guy to spray down the room from insects and when we came back to our room there was a pile of dead ants that they didn’t clean up. We also had to remind them 3/5 days to refill our room water. There is no service at the pool and the bar by the pool took extremely long to make your drinks. Overall all the guests we spoke to seem to have had mutual feels about the hotel and the service. Truly not worth the premium price."

"Wir waren mit der Familie (2 Kinder, 15 und 11 Jahre alt) für 2 Wochen in dem Haus und hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Alles sauber, gut ausgestattet, 2 traumhafte und großzügige Terrassen und alles lief problemlos und sehr nett ab. Die Lage ist toll, man ist in 100 Metern zum Pool gelaufen und nach weiteren 100-150m schon an einem kleinen aber netten Strand. Auch andere Strände, sowie der Ort Baia Sardinia sind problemlos zu erreichen. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einem wirklich schönen Haus!"
