"Overall, it was a lovely experience. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. We went as a family of four and they gave us a massive room, with four single beds. This made out five days experience positive and wonderful. Their rooms are well ventilated and have installed heating/cooling systems, which helps as Magaluf can be quite hot and humid. Furthermore, the hotel is located in an ideal location as it is a walking distance to Magaluf Business District and the beach, which was quite fantastic. We went for a walk along the beach in the evening and we discovered a thriving night life with pubs facing the beach. For those who fancy night life, the hotel's location could be right for you. It is worth noting that the team that led the children clubs and activities were friendly and quite approachable as well. Our kids had a lovely moment with them. They indeed enjoyed the disco and bubble activities at night. However, I feel the hotel could do better when it comes to customer relations. I will definitely return to this place."

"Wonderful stay in this lovely hotel. Helpful staff on reception and spotless room, cleaned daily. Location handy for shops and 5 mins walk to beach. Great choice of food at breakfast and dinner as well. Pool area had plenty of beds and there was a separate fun pool area for kids. Modern room with mini fridge and very comfy bed. Bus stop for airport just outside hotel. Very happy!"

"I just come back from this lovely place. I can recommend it with 10 ouf of 10. Is well maintained and everyday they was cleaning the swimming pool / breakfast was good a nice choice of different stuff and really well cooked. The Beach was near by and a lot of shops for whatever you wish for. It was amazing and if I ever come again I'll definitely book it again 👍"

"Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive and always happy to help. The food was delicious, fresh and offered a good variety. The only downside was that the rooms looked a little less impressive in reality than they did in the photos and the soundproofing was poor. However, we were happy with our experience."
