Axel Beach Ibiza - Adults Only
Staff are very helpful and accommodating. The room has everything you want but is sparse. The position and access to buses is fabulous, the airport bus stops directly outside the hotel. Initially we were in a room with an awful view but they did change us to another room which was much better

Food and drinks not good - buffet breakfast was way too busy and food was cold / not available, service at lunch slow and an awful experience at dinner (wrong main course, replacement took forever to come). The cleaners only cleaned what was visible. Under the bed hadn’t been touched for weeks, and every time we opened the balcony, a thick layer of dust blew into across the floors.
