"The host was absolutely amazing. We had a little hiccup in the beginning but was fixed immediately. The response was immediate to rectify the issue. It was a completely unforeseen problem a massive storm the day before arrival knocked out the power and the heat pump wouldn't start. It was honestly amazing to be able to look at the stars in the sky. It had breathtaking views from the private beach. It's only around 30 minutes to the border. You can actually see Canada from the back porch. It's only a short drive to the animal refuge. The most amazing part was only 15 minutes away going to the reversing falls. We definitely plan on staying again in the summer to go whale watching. "

"Listing is very accurate. Both "rustic" and "modern," with everything we needed. Caught at least for different species of fish. Air conditioners were nice a few nights. Rob replied within minutes of sending messages."

"I was pleased with the property and hosts. The property is quiet and comfortable. The porch overlooking the river is fantastic. The problem came during and after check out. Our host said I was only registered for 1 adult 2 kids. I had reservations for 5 adults (2weee teens). Later she emailed me saying that because I was only registered for 2 she was charging my card an extra fee. Sure enough when I checked my card was charged again. I didn’t mind paying for the extra. I really had thought I was registered for 5. The host handle the situation well. I didn’t like that my card could be charged again after check out. "
