To whom it may concern. The refrigerator was not working. Called the front desk and no one came. The television was a joke. The basic channel were not available. Not sure i will be back. Lovely hotel in a great location. All staff very friendly, helpful and caring. We were celebrating a milestone and the hotel left us some delicious treats in our room at check in - thank you! A special mention to Rishi, a friendly face that always welcomed us back to the hotel after a long day of excursions! We will definitely stay again at Movenpick Bari!

Starting from the check-in, everything was superb. The front desk staff truly went above and beyond to help me with my tours. Each day at the spa was fabulous, and the bar service was spectacular. Everything was absolutely stellar, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone I come in contact with.
