Staff was dismissive and lacking in service very much. Ordered coffee at breakfast, never received it. At dinner, ordered wine and received very small glasses, then it took having to wave staff to come over to then pour another little glass. Staff did not want to help with anything.

"The food was prctically inedible. the staff locked us in the property could not let us out in the morning. Front desk personell disappeared and we had to force our way out through a locked gate to exit. The lake itself is poorly maintained and the staff is poorly trained. stay away"
