"We love staying at the Acclaim hotel. The rooms are clean, and they have pet friendly rooms as well, which is a must for us! The Pachini restaurant onsite is huge and we'll decorated, and the food is absolutely delicious! The roof top hot tubs are awesome too unwind in at the end of the day. The only thing I wish they had, are mini frifdges for the rooms. That way I could put my leftovers from Pachini in it, so it doesn't go bad, rather than put it in my vehicle during the colder months. "

"Room was clean. Daily housekeeping good. Breakfast on Friday was amazing. Real plates and cutlery and BACON!! Breakfast Saturday and Sunday was a little less spectacular and budget friendly for the hotel. Still fine. Our bed was very soft. Maybe too soft mattress old. Forced cuddling. But we still slept well. The TV wouldn’t get all the channels from the cable. Possible the line from the wall to the tv needed to be replaced. Very fuzzy and scrambled. Wifi was good and strong. Pool and hot tub were ok. Quiet and Clean on Friday. Hot tub on Saturday was busy and dirty. But really what do you expect when you take a bath with a bunch of strangers? Anyone for human soup? Needed to call to get towels in the pool area filled as they only bring out a few at a time. Affordable. Not really near anything so glad we rented a car. Would stay again for the price and Friday breakfast. "

"My problem was the housekeeping, even i put the sign maid service, they come and took trash and put fresh towel, thats it. The thing is if i dont ask like rugs towel for floor and hand towel, they dont give you..only the bath towels and the beddings? They dont even touch when they come to my room... i did change the beddings cause i stay there 11 days and not have change my bed.. i have to go out from my room to get those to change my pillow case etc... shamey!"
