Cozy one-bedroom unit right on 17th Ave. Very lively neighbourhood. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, amenities, Saddledome, and the Calgary stampede.

• 2 minutes walking distance to Laundromat
• Noise monitor in place to ensure respectful noise levels are maintained

Cute little spot in a busy neighbourhood. Very clean inside and nicely set up with everything needed to enjoy your stay to the fullest. The neighborhood is filled with restaurants, bars, and shops; we stayed here on a friday night and could hear the city life until at least 1am, which was very nice for me and my partner as we came for the busy city life and loved listening to the people, however it may not be the best choice if you're looking for a quiet spot. The host was incredible and gave well detailed check-in instructions. The only issue was the fact that the balcony door was extremely difficult to slide open, which was a bit disappointing since we had booked this spot for the balcony. You still get a great view from the balcony though if you can get the door open lol.
