This condo was very quiet, clean and the heat worked well. It has the basic equipment, and underground parking (good for a winter city and a location with limited street parking). I did have issues checking in because they use an AI checkin process which gave me the wrong code so I could not get in the front door. Even if you tailgate someone into the front door (which I'm sure you are not allowed to do), you cannot get up in the elevator without a fob so I stood outside for about 30 minutes trying the incorrect code and then had to reach out through vrbo to correct the issue, which they did but I stood outside in the freezing until I got a new code. There was no detailed explanation about where to park and the parking stalls do not correspond to the unit numbers so you have to park in certain marked stalls. I requested a more detailed explanation of this. A nice resident explained it to me but otherwise the instructions I did not find to be super clear. The AI feeds you the same thing over and over but it is not detailed enough. I also had to get my car out the next day all day and find parking for it as there was parkade cleaning which I had no notice of until I mentioned it to vrbo. Again, nice resident told me. So, overall not the best experience but the condo itself was nice.

Was a quaint apparent with a direct view of the city stree. The semi sound proof glass was nice on the balcony, but when the city opted to do street construction directly outside of these windows every night between the times of 1-3am on average with heavy machinery and jackhammers, it wasnt as soundproof as one would think (this was never mentionedto us). Had no wifi at anytime during my stay after making several requests for it through the property manager and team. Aside from a weird payment system error and a round of thoroughly being questioned by the property manager, kyle turned out to be a pretty alright guy. I did bring questions to him asking for the wifi, and i was advised to adress it through their team, which team I was never sure actually. Overal it was cleanly for the most part and the sofa was comfy.. a little smaller then expected, a little louder, but it did serve its purpose. Wouldnt personally do the baja blast again at that pricepoint but who knows, if the price is right, atleast i know what I'd be in for. The instructions were pretty clear to get in and out with only minor confusion. Wasn't a fan of the third party app the property managment team sent me to be honest, asking for more info and money. Overall, it was an ok experience that served its purpose, at the pricepoint, a hotel room may have been a more viable solution. This was OK.

We rented the condo as our home was being renovated. The condo is as pictured in a quiet building. Loved the balcony and people watching. Luke’s drug store across the street is great for coffee and ice cream!
