Enjoy staying at this cozy and beautiful newly built legal lower suite in the quiet neighbourhood of Seton in southeast Calgary. The lower suite has its own entrance with a doorbell that contributes to your privacy during your stay.

This suite is close to South Health Campus, The Real Canadian Superstore, Save on Food, Cineplex Odeon, Shopper Drug Mart and the biggest YMCA in Calgary.
The bus stop is a few steps away, and it takes 2 minutes of driving to join Alberta 2 highway, making connecting with the entire town easier. Also easy to connect with nearby cities like Okotoks, High River, Black Diamonds and many more.

The beautiful lower suite has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds and two closets that can accommodate up to 5 guests. The rooms are very bright as the house opens to a large yard.

A fully equipped kitchen has :

There is a free fast-speed internet fibre 300 suitable for professionals who need to do conference videos or work during their stay. Ethernet (wired internet) is available as well.

This in-suite has its own furnace, so you will have an ensuite thermostat to set up the temperature of the rooms at your convenience.

Parking is available on the premises and on the street.

Nice place
The place was the same as posted and very clean. My son and I enjoyed staying there for five days. It’s located in a new neighborhood down south, so was a bit of driving for wherever I wanted to go. Deerfoot trail exit is close enough to make driving easier though. Prepare your cutting knife and spices including salt.
