Cozy basement unit near restaurants, bars, stores, bus stations, and hospital.
This is a basement unit (not a whole house) with own bathroom, small living room, bedroom with queen size bed, dining area with bar fridge, microwave and bread toaster. You can also use the full kitchen upstairs for cooking. Basement was renovated in Feb. 2023.
Located in the southeast side of the city in a quiet and safe community. We are 17 km. from the city centre and only 30 minutes' drive to the airport. The house is 4 minutes' walk to bus station going to Somerset-Bridlewood C-train station and 10 minutes' walk to the bus station going to downtown area.
Our house is 5 minutes’ drive to South Health Campus. Few minutes’ walk to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars.

Very nice spot to stay! Close distance to grocery stores/restaurants/the highway. The unit itself was very clean and well kept, and the host was extremely welcoming.
