This vrbo was perfect for our trip. There is lots of space and the kitchen is very well equipped. Location is excellent for access to downtown and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The garage is very small and our vehicle wouldn’t fit. The street parking has signs that say 2 hour parking until 5 but we parked there for longer with no trouble. Would stay again!

Beautiful place in Hillhurst

Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Close to all of the places we wanted to go in Calgary, and very easy to park. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property in excellent location

The home was very nice and clean, Prince (Owner) was very easy to reach with any questions or concerns. Home was very central and close to the downtown core. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location at a great price

I have never had a home rental experience better then this. The price for the property is more than fair, the location is perfection for a Kensington experience and the hosts were clear on checkin/checkout expectations.

Roomy House in Great Calgary Location

Recent girls trip to Calgary.. the house is located in a very great location...close to very convenient amenities and uber rides to DT. The house is spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was in working order and the house is well stocked with kitchen items for cooking and entertaining. I would recommend and stay again.

Beautiful property close to downtown

We had a fabulous girls weekend at this beautiful property! Well stocked kitchen, great space to watch movies, have dinner and enjoy our time together. One criticism I would have was that the carpets could use a good clean. But other than that we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Very quiet neighborhood with an awesome location.

Lovely home in the heart of Kensington

We had a lovely stay at this property. The pictures are accurate and it’s an awesome location. Just outside downtown, great restaurant down the street too! We liked the easy access to Kensington. Lots of room for the four of us. We stayed at the same property last year and found this time it wasn’t as clean as last time. Prince was quick to respond that he will let the cleaners know. He had great communication with me through the whole process.

10/10 definitely the best rental I’ve ever stayed in!

Prince was absolutely wonderful, I had inquired about staying at his property before I booked anything. As we were a group of young adults coming to the city to celebrate two friends birthdays. He replied in a timely manner, and was very kind! He sent me all the information I needed prior to our arrival to make sure our check-in was as easy as possible. Upon arrival there was lots of parking on the street and access to the garage. The house was very clean and looked stunning, exactly like it was advertised. I was thoroughly impressed that the house was stocked with good quality knives that were sharp. The pots and pans were good quality as well. He had a spruce rack and other basic cooking necessities for us to use. The beds were very comfortable, very nice towels, and bathrooms! The over all quality of our stay was a great experience. This is the best stay I’ve ever had with a rental, I would definitely stay here again. I can’t thank Prince enough!!

Disappointed with inaccurate listing, communication, and safety

I booked this place in February 2024 as it had such good reviews. Unfortunately, the listing wasn't very accurate, and when I tried to address it with the owner, it wasn't very satisfactory. However, I did make a booking error (adding one extra person by mistake), and he refunded me 150, for which I was grateful. The good: place was very clean and well located. Lots of amenities at the he property itself.The not so good: beds were listed as queens, but one upstairs was only a double. When I messaged the owner, he said most people were fine with doubles. That wasn't the issue - the inaccurate listing was.Place was listed as having a hot tub. It doesn't, it has a jet tub, and jets weren't working.Parking in the garage is shared with the VRBO next door, which wasn't made clear.But the biggest issue was that the eaves dripped water on the walkway by the door, which froze making it very icy and unsafe. I messaged the owner several times asking them to bring salt by, and they said they would, but they didn't, and as far as we could tell, they didn't put any salt down on the ice either. Luckily no one slipped, but we were very worried about it.

The property was quite spacious and had plenty of room for our group of six. The home is also in a great location within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. However, many parts of the home needed attention (towel bars not fully screwed in, top of downstairs toilet tank was chipped, broken door stoppers, obvious stains on parts of carpet, scrapes on walls). None of these things prevented us from using the home but, in general, house did not look as fresh and clean as pictured.
