We really appreciated the Christmas gifts left for us. The house was very spacious and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and close enough to the major hiway that getting around the city was seamless.
We enjoyed the location. Great walking paths nearby. However, disappointed in a number of things. Very basic kitchen supplies. Backyard was not maintained well so did not use. Upon arrival, basement was unusable due to a storm the night before that leaked water into the bedroom and shower area. Overall the property was not worth the price.
The home was fine, could add to make it feel more like a home. it was very, very basic and overpriced for what we ended up getting.
The home doesn't have Air conditioning, just fans so it did get very warm 28-29 Degrees making it uncomfortable to sleep.
overall I would give it a passing grade but not worth what we paid.
Property was clean but there were many items in need of some minor maintenance. Both front and back door were tripping hazards, vertical blinds were in disrepair, tape was used to mend screen door, dead tree in middle of backyard, outdoor furniture cushions were moldy, wall mounted shelving was loose, etc.
