This is a brand NEW home. There is construction going on around the home for this reason. There is also no back deck yet, so the back door has a safety lock on. NO ACCESS OUT THE BACK DOOR. Thank you! The yard and landscaping IS NOT done. There is no AC, it does get hot in the summer.

Good home, unfortunately no air conditioning, no yard and no parking, which I did not notice in the write up.
