"I was annoyed that our vehicle was just over 6 feet so we could not park it in the parade. We were told that overflow was full so we would have to park at a random Indigo lot in downtown Calgary. Obviously it cost more and we had a more distant walk for our parking. I worried about whether the vehicle would still be there in the morning. "

"We chose this hotel as it was close to Hwy 2, had a pool with slides, and was close to the attractions we would be seeing during our trip. The hotel is also close to the airport which offers great views of planes coming and going. They can be noisy so being ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise while sleeping The common areas and room were very clean. Had no hesitation about letting my child play on the floor in our room. Bathroom was sparkling clean. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The breakfast buffet offered many hearty and delicious options including French toast, pancakes eggs, bacon or ham, sausage, fruit, toast, pastries, cereal, milks, juice. The buffet price reflects the quality and variety being offered. Large seating area, finding a table was not a problem. The dinner pasta buffet was equally enjoyable, although would lose its appeal after multiple nights as the offerings are the same. Did not notice many/any gluten free options. The kids pool and waterpark are amazing. A bit small for swimming but when not at capacity it is ok. You will need to book a time on weekend evenings as it is very busy. My only concern on our whole stay was the lack of urgency staff had when they were told a child had pooped in the pool. My family and I left when it was not dealt with immediately. Accidents happen but it needed to be netted out and the pool treated immediately. Otherwise a fantastic stay and we will happily return for our next trip to Calgary"

"Terrible breakfast and was cold staff was the worst service ever they acted ;like they did not want to be there I would not book this hotel again because of that. Parking 40 dollars a night get serious.,"

"This may be our go-to hotel whenever we’re flying out of YYC. The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the restaurant was great. Not having to wake up extra early, wait for a shuttle, and head out into the cold—especially with a small child—was such a relief. Being able to walk straight from the hotel to airline check-in was worth every penny and made for a smooth, stress-free start to our holiday. Highly recommend"
