Whether you are here for a business trip or family & friends getaway, you will find this space perfect with only 5 minutes drive to the airport , 10 minutes to Cross Iron Mills outlet mall, 20 minutes to downtown, and easy access to Deerfoot and Stony Trail.


The main floor has a kitchen complete with all the essentials for cooking meals (pans, plates, utensils, basic seasonings, wine glasses and cork screw, coffee, etc.). We offer a spacious dining table thatll fit 6 with comfortable upholstered chairs + bar stools for extra seating.

The Kitchen and dining space flows nicely into the bright and spacious living area where you can chill on couches while watching movies with Netflix or Amazon Prime.

You will find a small room for coats and shoes upon entrance. There is also a half bath in the main floor.

On the second floor you will find the 3 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms.

Master bedroom comes with a pillowtop king bed, plush pillows, fresh linens, portable fan. It has an ensuite bathroom complete with essentials like clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and handwash.

Second and third bedroom also comes with a comfy queen bed, plush duvet, portable fans and a separate full bath.

HOUSE RULES:
-Strictly no parties
-No pets allowed
-No shoes inside the unit
-No unregistered guest allowed to stay overnight
-Late check out or early check in is per approval prior to booking
-basement unit with separate entrance may be occupied - quiet hours at 10pm to 8am is strictly implemented
-$50 for every hour past check out time
-$50 for every undisclosed guest
-Any signs of use of drugs or smoking or vaping will be fined a minimum of $250
-Violation of any house rule will be fined $250
-$250 for service animal
-To ensure noise levels are controlled unit may have noise alert monitoring system
-To ensure safety there is cameras at front and back door.
