Nestled in the vibrant core of Calgary's University District, The Forge is a distinguished low rise with large, bright suites with central heat & cooling! Close to the University of Calgary, Foothills & Children's Hospitals, McMahon Stadium, Market Mall, endless walking & biking trails, AND only steps away from amenities including restaurants, groceries, entertainment and more! The 2nd floor hosts the outdoor terrace with BBQs, large natural gas fireplace, seating PLUS an indoor amenity room with TV, tables, chairs, bathroom and a stocked kitch with dishes, cups, glasses, wine glasses and stainless steel appliances! (Microwave, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge) and can be booked privately for your own little function at no additional cost! (Please note: amenity room availability is subject to existing booking calendar - we cannot promise the amenity room will be available for your requested dates. Pls inquire further if this matters) Our pet-friendly building has a dog run on the terrace, a dog wash in the parkade, and a vet clinic as a commercial tenant on the main floor.
