Casa Oliva-Panorama: Spacious designer apartment, fantastic views, heated pool

Casa Oliva faces southwest and is perched on a terrace overlooking the sea. This modern villa is located approximately 100 metres above sea level, high above the small town centre.<br>The spacious “Panorama” apartment, accessible at ground level, is bathed in natural light and offers a magnificent view of the Bay of Arco da Calheta. From the bed in the master bedroom, the view sweeps out through the large patio door across the vast expanse of the Atlantic Ocean. You can watch the colours of the sunrise right from your bed. In the adjoining en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, you can shower while enjoying a view of the sea.<br>The other two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, adjoin the large living-dining area. One of them has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet and features a box-spring bed.<br>The large terrace, approximately 45 m², gets sun from around 9:30 a.m. until evening and offers fantastic sunsets. A daybed for two and a large outdoor table with a granite top create a truly relaxing atmosphere.<br>The kitchen in the spacious living-dining area is exceptionally well-equipped with appliances from Bosch and Bauknecht: a fridge-freezer, oven, steam cooker, dishwasher, and induction cooktop set in a large kitchen island—a nod by the owners to their favourite hobby. Here, you can cook like a pro and serve your dishes on Thomas tableware with fine glassware. The centrally placed table with a solid oak top seats six people. The large window in the cooking area creates the impression of cooking overlooking the sea.<br>When the evening sun has sunk into the sea and the panorama of Arco Bay has given way to darkness, the Panorama apartment is warmly illuminated by various light sources.<br>The town’s lights and the beautifully illuminated church tower shine warmly upward.<br><br>On the garden level below are two additional rental apartments, measuring 55 and 50 m². These are not visible from above. The pool is shared by the Panorama apartment and the Vista Mar 1 and 2 apartments.
