"The accommodation itself is very modern and centrally located. It looks like in the pictures. Unfortunately, I have to criticize the communication very much. We have informed in time when we land. We have received a phone number, which we should contact as soon as we land because of the suitcases. Unfortunately, no one was available there and also was not answered to our message. After a long wait and attempts to call the central office, we were told where we could place the suitcases. In...

"The hotel location was perfect. Customer service could be improved, asked for clean towel from reception on day 3 and they needed to confirm original towel were still in the room, disappointing. Would of expected YES not a problem."
