"Premium king with balcony, the view was incredible, hotel was beautiful & clean, staff were helpful. Will be in my rotation of hotels I use for SF visits."

"Stayed here for 2 days while visiting the city, area isn’t the best. Lots of homeless and a bit scary to walk at night. Parking is extremely hard to find around area besides the over priced parking lots. Staff was very kind and helpful, was helped by a caucasian young lady with beautiful long hair and glasses (helped me zip up my top that I couldn’t reach). Hotel was cleaned and had a nice view of the city, clean sheets, wish they had more than one makeup wipe and cotton swabs in the mini set up they have for you. "

"Overall it was a great stay and we would stay at Kabuki again in a heartbeat. A few minor things, the room can stand to be a tiny bit cleaner but that is just a small nit pick. The property does seem to be aging a bit so definitely keep up the renovating and maintenance. The staff was super helpful - everyone we encountered was friendly and made good conversation with us. Looking forward to staying again."

"The staff are very friendly. The rooms are small but cozy and comfortable. No microwave but fridge and Keurig. Parking below is expensive so park in the garage across the street but don't leave anything in your car."

"Room was clean and ready early which was very nice. the window had a very nice city view and the staff was responsive kind and very helpful. We were able to leave our bags after checking out and pick them up later which was very nice for our trip. Overall had a great experience and would stay again. "
