"The staff is very friendly. We arrived early in a rainy day. Luckily the staff allowed us to check in early. The hot spa is excellent. One minus is the TV connection is not very stable. It probably may be affected by the stormy weather! "

But I'll be honest, I'm already thinking about when i can plan another visit. The location is Perfect! The gentleman at the front desk was Amazing. The room and amenities were wonderful. "What a great place to stay. Sadly we were in town for a funeral and just needed a quiet, relaxed, comfortable place for a few nights. While the buildings and rooms are a bit dated, Roman Spa staff were friendly and helpful, could walk to everything in town from the hotel, had amazing foot massages at the spa, pools were clean and heated, room was clean as can be with a kitchen that had everything needed to cook or to store leftovers from restaurants. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. We would absolutely stay here again. "
