From the bedroom, you can access the second terrace.

The bathroom features a window, shower, sink, washing machine, clothes rack, and ventilation.

A beautiful half-wooden spiral staircase leads to a loft, which features a play area for children.
From there, you can access two additional bedrooms, which are furnished as follows:

In the spacious, beautifully landscaped garden with mature trees, you can truly unwind while your children bake wonderful sand cakes in the sandpit and your dog romps through the garden.

There is a parking space on the property.
