Our Internet in our room was not good from 5pm to 10pm but the staff tried there very best to get it sorted out and by the final night it was better. I felt very safe staying here. "The staff were friendly, the cleaning staff came by daily and left the room spotless, and the hotel is very close to the city center. Carmen at the tour desk was lovely, and the prices were fair compared to those of the tour guides who approached me around the zócalo. The breakfast was a highlight for us as it was prepared to order daily, tasty, and included in the price of the stay. Our room had great AC, a TV with cable service, an ironing board and iron, and a hair dryer. We would stay here again. "

Expensive but worth it - staff were fantastic and really helpful organising anything we needed, room was very high spec, breakfast was excellent with an amazing number of options albeit it was expensive. Location was perfect - really close to the historic centre which was a short walk away and the area behind the hotel was also fabulous with loads of street art, shops, cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel"
