"Horrible, l'hôte n'était pas au courant de mon arrivé, la chambre était sale, le linge dégoûtant et sentait mauvais. Je ne suis pas restée me sentant en insécurité car la chambre et la salle de bain ne fermaient pas à clef. C'est honteux que Hotel.com propose un service pareil. Je n'ai pas été ..."
