This 250 m² house, with capacity for 8 people, is ideal for families looking to enjoy a peaceful holiday on the Costa Brava. It features a spacious private garden that surrounds most of the property, a large terrace, and a magnificent private pool — perfect for cooling off during the summer.

On the main floor, at street level, there is a spacious living-dining room with direct access to the garden, terrace, and pool; a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two double bedrooms, and two full bathrooms.

The lower floor includes two additional double bedrooms, a full bathroom, a laundry room, and a garage with space for two cars. This level also has access to a lower part of the garden, arranged over two levels connected by stairs.

Located just 10 minutes from Platja d’Aro, the house offers the perfect combination of peace and proximity to one of the top destinations on the Costa Brava, with a wide range of shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Belle maison avec de beaux espaces extérieurs

La maison est agréable à vivre. Il y a toutes les commodités nécessaires, il faut un peu chercher. La piscine est de bonne taille et profonde pour plonger dedans. Il n'y a pas d'air conditionné ni de wi-fi mais la 4g passe. Pour trouver un magasin ou resto Il faut prendre la voiture. Tout est à +/- 10 minutes.

Maison sympa

Agréable pour plusieurs couples par contre propreté laisse à désirer alors que nous avons payé 200€ pour le ménage. Zéro produits d'entretien ni tapis de bain. 3 salles de bain et zéro papier toilette. Pour la prestation, on a trouvé ça un peu limite Voiture obligatoire, sinon 45 minutes à pied pour les plages et commerces
