"Staff were lovely"

"First of all, the room was stifling hot when I entered only to find the air conditioning was unable to have the temperature lowered other than at Reception which is bizarre. The air conditioning on / off switch had a note to ring nine for Reception to get the temperature adjusted however the unit did not have a phone to ring nine - another failure. So a trip to Reception at least got some cooling on the go. Wanted to watch some television however there was no remote, another trip to Reception to get a substitute remote. The bathroom was next level of unbelievable. The slope of the floor was towards the door and there was no way of keeping the flow of the shower within the shower base thereby floodingthe bathroom floor and only numerous towels at the doorstop prevented it flowing out onto the carpet. Probably one of the worst hotel units I have ever experienced and it is only a few years old. Staff were pretty good and understanding and I think the building has some pretty significant faults which they are used to dealing with."

"Soooooooo noisy. The accommodation is right above the pool and next to outdoor area with people (loufly) coming and going into that area all night. lots of endless noise until the tavern closed....so awful, no sleep possible. Don't stay here."

"Beautiful views, great location only thing I would do different is request a ground floor unit so the boys can fish just outside the room. "

"The property was suited and welcoming to our pets. The pool was clean, but difficult to keep clean with the surrounding bamboo trees and leaf litter. The water feature, tables, stools, and lounge in the under cover area needs a tidy up. The pond located on the right side at the rear of the property is not suitable as it was still water sitting, was dirty and a place where mosquitoes would breed. The gates were very suitable and private with children and dogs kept safe and secure. "

"We stayed here over the Easter break as a family of two adults and two young children, and it was a fantastic experience. The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well laid out, with more than enough room for our family to relax comfortably. We were lucky to have a beautiful view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Having a full kitchen and laundry facilities within the apartment was incredibly convenient, especially when travelling with young kids. One feature we particularly appreciated was the enclosed outdoor space at the apartment entry. It was perfect for securely storing the kids’ bikes and scooters, which made things much easier for us. We didn’t have any face-to-face interaction with staff as we checked in and out over public holidays, but the entire process was seamless and very easy to follow. Everything was well organised and hassle-free. The kids absolutely loved the main pool, especially the ramp entry, which made it very accessible and enjoyable for them. The toddler pool is a great idea, however the pebble concrete surface was quite rough, which made it less comfortable for little ones. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return again in the future."
