"Such a fabulous place. Stayed here for a ladies long weekend and we were not disappointed . Size is deceiving from the road - 4 bedrooms and 2 living areas. Great backyard for pooches too.Close walk to beach and local cafes and a lovely quiet neighbourhood. We had a minor problem which was sorted within 24 hours so can attest to the communication. Hoping to book Nothling Street again for next year!"
Moffat Beach Entertainer with Kids Retreat

"This holiday home was a perfect location for our family getting together as our daughter, husband and their toddler stayed very comfortably in the Kid's Retreat room which meant they could keep their daughter's night-time routine while we could be in the house with lights on and watching TV if we wanted to. The house was so lovely with absolutely everything you could even think of that you would need and generous amounts of those items too. The beds and pillows were comfortable as were the two lounge areas. It's only a few minutes' walk to the beach and the many local cafes and lovely shops. The art gallery shop is well worth a look in too!We had a wonderful time, and I would highly recommend this beautiful home to stay in. The team who manages the property are incredibly helpful and communicative which made the process coming from interstate so easy."
Moffat Retreat Stylish 3BR Beach Home

"House was in a great location and a good size. Linen is provided but you do have to make your own beds on arrival and strip them before departure so something to be aware of. Pickup of keys is off site and so is return, it’s only about 5mins away but not as convenient as homes with a lockbox on the property and parking isn’t great where pickup is. The cafe “One block back” at the end of the street (2minute walk) is fantastic. Kitchen was well equipped, living area was great. Plenty of space for adults and kids and two families sharing the home. The one thing the house is lacking is curtains/privacy. While the natural lighting is beautiful in the dining area, the bedroom had the light beaming in early in the morning and the neighbours house is directly behind the upstairs room and the light from their backyard was shining brightly directly into the room late at night and it was difficult to get to sleep. You can also see straight into their house. Some proper curtains up in that room would make a huge difference. Overall though it was a really pleasant stay, it was very well priced, the communication with the host was excellent and we would definitely stay again."

"The property is lovely. Really well equipped and thoughtful inclusions like shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The pool was a great addition and a welcome feature even in May. I’d recommend this property for anyone who wants easy access to the beach and cafes but away from the noise of the main precinct. "

"Beautiful spacious and bright condo, from ground floor we walked right to the pool and across the street to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped, everything we needed to cook. Beach under some erosion mitigation right now so some machinery noise and obstruction of view, hopefully done soon. Great walkways, to lovely bakery and grocery store, restaurants across the street. We would definitely come again! "
