It consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 living-dining room with TV and 2 sofas, (a double sofa bed), bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen and terrace with views (the glazed terrace remains open in summer and closed in winter). Unbeatable location. It has air conditioning and WIFI.

Arenal-Bol beach has more than a kilometre of fine golden sand and transparent waters, dotted with small palm trees that give a special attractiveness to this urban beach, one of the most popular in Calpe. Enjoy its lively seafront promenade with countless services, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, etc. and shops of all kinds in a very well-kept and comfortable environment.
