We are pleased to present you our pleasant apartment with communal pool in Calpe, Costa Blanca. This apartment sleeps 4 people and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Inside the apartment you will find a living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV, air conditioning and access to the balcony. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with a dishwasher and ceramic hob. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning for added comfort. In addition, there are two bathrooms, both with a bathtub.
The apartment complex offers a community pool, paddle tennis court, playground and underground parking.
The location of the villa is privileged, as it is a short distance from supermarkets and restaurants, approximately 400 meters away on foot. The old town of Calpe is 1 km away. The nearest sandy beach is about 1.2 km away, and the famous Arenal Bol beach is 1.6 km away.
Importantly, we offer free WiFi so you can stay connected during your stay. However, pets are not allowed in this villa.
