From here, you will access a generous terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the imposing Rock of Ifach. The independent kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, guarantees practicality in your culinary preparations. Complete this floor with a toilet for your convenience.
The GROUND FLOOR houses two cozy air-conditioned bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a comfortable double bed. Complementing these spaces, you will find a bathroom equipped with a bathtub for your relaxation.
ABROAD:
Immerse yourself in the serenity of our surroundings by enjoying a large 13x8 meter community pool, equipped with a comfortable metal staircase and a refreshing outdoor shower. In addition, your vehicle will have an exclusive parking space.
