No hurry in Villa Margarita, just sit back, relax & feel the breeze while watching the day go by.When you step in Villa Margarita, you’ll see the living room with TV mounted on the wall and the seating surrounding it so there’s plenty of room to relax and watch your favorite shows after a day at the beach. Easily keep the home front informed via the free WIFI (fiber optic). From there check out the dining table. Family dinners every day! Next to that the large kitchen with all the important appliances and enough cabinetry. It’s ready for you to fix the family meals whenever you want.On this floor you will find the first two bedrooms with air conditioning. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two individual beds. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the other has the bathroom in the hallway. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. In the other bathroom you will find a bath/shower combination, sink and toilet.Take the stairs up and discover the other 3 bedrooms! Also on this floor you have the luxury that all 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two individual beds. Both feature an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. The last bedroom also has a double bed + an extra pull-out bed and air conditioning. The bathroom is located in the hallway with shower, sink and toilet.You’ll really enjoy the outdoors of Villa Margarita. From the heated private pool (which is only heated on request) to the outdoor kitchen and barbecue area.The perfect place for cyclists or a family beach getaway! Make sure you book your vacation early!Please note:1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this home.2: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 10 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.4: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times. 5: The villa is located in a residential area and it must be quiet outside in the evening from 22:00 PM.6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.Important information:The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.

We had a fantastic time!

The place was great, and everything was just as we expected. It's conveniently located within walking distance of the center of Calpe and the beach, making it the perfect choice for a beach getaway. Additionally, the host was incredibly responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommended!

Very nice accommodation for cyclists

The accommodation is excellent with lots of space inside and outside. Very nice view on Calpe. Well equiped kitchen and possibilities for cooking (e.g. BBQ). Nice sleeping rooms with individual bathrooms. Garbage bin outside with possibility to sort different types: paper, plastic, rest. Map for nearest supermarkets/shops/bike rentals and provide wheel carriage to do the shopping as pedestrian.

Villa Margarita

The villa was very well equipped with lots of seating areas inside and out. We were a party of 4 but there was plenty of room for 10 people. We had a few issues when we arrived but these were rectified within hours of us informing Costa Blanca Dreams, great service couldn’t have asked for more. The tv in the games room didn’t work which didn’t bother us but a larger party might have liked it to work.

We were knocked out by the property and location - it was all we could've hoped for and more. Beautifully kept with very thoughtful touches and a wonderful space. We absolutely loved it and would really recommend it. A few notes which would make it even better: • The oven was difficult to operate - numbers on dials had faded and needed guesswork to operate and the rep didn't know how it worked. • A lack of hairdryers, although this was quickly sorted & efficiently resolved. • A starter pack of shampoos & soap in each bathroom would've been a nice touch - and usually provided in other properties I have stayed in.. • I never found an iron - not that I particularly wanted to iron, but it would've been useful for uncrumpling some creased clothes from the suitcase. • The outside cooking area is located in a bit of a forgotten area and would be nicer down by the main outside eating area.
