Duplex apartment in Ricardo Bofill's Anfiteatro residence built on a cliff, 27m above the sea. Quiet and peaceful residence with 27 apartments at the end of the sandy beach of Calpe. The community swimming pool is central, in the roundness of the amphitheater.
A "customs path" serves on one side the sandy beach 10 minutes on foot and on the other, 5 ', a small rocky creek little visited (some fishermen and solitary).
The apartment is on two levels. Ground floor: shower room, WC and 3 bedrooms. The 2 "main" rooms open onto the private terrace (French doors) of approximately 40m2, fitted (table, chairs, parasol and sunbathing).
Upstairs, a living room, living room and open kitchen. A bay window with brick partition (3.50m long) offers you a full view of the beach and the Penon (180 ° view facing the sea). Wonderful Duplex with amazing views

This property is the stuff dreams are made of. Wonderful views easy to get to both old town and beach. Plenty of resataurants within walking distance and little bar round the corner which is a hive for all nationalities. Supermarket 2 mins in car, good safe private parking area and everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Will surely go back. Thankyou Didier and Martine for a wonderful holiday.

De badkamer was heel klein. De douchecabine was heel er klein en zat onder de schimmel.In de woonkamer zit een losse kontaktdoos.De deken op het bed was ronduit smerig.

Prachtige locatie

Deze woning ligt op een hele mooie locatie maar je moet wel mobiel zijn. Vanuit de woning naar het strand is een flinke afdaling. De woning zelf voldoet. Echter was het bed wat hard naar mijn mening

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines dans cet appartement, pas eu de soucis particulier. La clim, nous a été très utile Une très jolie vue mer, la proximité du centre ville et de la plage, on peut y aller à pied. Appartement spacieux Séjour agréable en famille . A refaire sans hésitation

Ferienwohnung Calpe

Keine Info beim Ein-oder Auschecken. Mußten hinterhertelefonieren (franz. Tel.Nr.). Zustand heruntergewirtschaftet, alte zerrissene, ausgefranste Handtücher. Bett alt und durchgelegen. Bettwäsche? mußte selbst gesucht werden, auch alles alte Einzelteile. Duschkopf sprüht in alle Richtungen, auch bis zur Waschmaschine. Teils Schimmel im Bad. Kissen für Außenstühle, Liege zerfetzt (angebl.Katze), Stockflecken und schmutzig. Garten ungepflegt und bei Schrammen von der dornigen Hecke, hat es nichts mit dem Vermieter zu tun - es sind ja Büsche vom Nachbarn!! Lt. dem einzelnen Stück Papier ist auschecken 12.00. Wir riefen mal wieder an und wollten 11.30 auschecken. Nein, da hat er keine Zeit. Er kommt um 13 Uhr!! Nein, wir müssen Flieger erreichen. Hin und her und er kam, äußerst unfreundlich und dann noch anmaßend und beleidigend. Wir haben die Wohnung gereinigt und er war entsetzt, daß wir nicht auch noch die Bettwäsche für ihn gewaschen haben....Wir können nur von diesem Vermieter und der Wohnung abraten. Das Beste war der Ausblick, das war auch alles. Zum Glück waren wir geschäftl. viel unterwegs. Wäre es ein Urlaub gewesen, hätten wir am 2. Tag ausgecheckt. Dies im Groben, und natürlich kein Internet, er grinste nur anmaßend, wie wir so etwas für den Preis erwarten!!! und wir sollten lieber im Hotel buchen!!! Finger weg.

Super Aufenthalt in Calpe

Wunderschöne Lage mit unbezahlbarem Ausblick aufs Meer und Peniafelsen. Wohnung nahe am Ortszentrum, an der Strandpromenade und dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und der Wohnzimmer-Küchenbereich ist perfekt. Wenn man wirklich etwas aussetzen möchte, dann eventuell an dem schmalen Bett im ersten Schlafzimmer (Nur etwas für frisch Verliebte) Da könnten die äusserst sympathischen Besitzer Martine und Didier Verbesserungen ins Auge fassen.
