Encantadora villa a 1 minuto andando de la playa, junto a todo tipo de servicios (bares, supermercados, restaurantes, etc.)
Recientemente reformada (2022) dispone de 4 dormitorios, dos baños completos (uno con bañera y otro con ducha) amplio salón comedor, cocina abierta con barra americana y chimenea.
En la parte exterior hay una pergola que enmarca una mesa de piedra maciza, un bonito patio con cocina exterior a gas, fregadero y barbacoa.
La pequeña piscina de madera hexagonal de 2,5 x 2,5 se encuentra situada bajo la sombra de un algarrobo centenario, por lo que ofrece baños muy refrescantes. Resulta perfecta para niños ya que tiene escasa profundidad.
A 100 pasos de la casa se encuentra "La Caleta", una de las calas más emblemáticas de Calpe, y todavía más cerca (75m.) el "Paseo ecológico", un sendero sencillo, recientemente premiado, con maravillosas vistas al Peñón y que finaliza en el Club Náutico Les Basetes donde es posible comer o tomar un refresco junto a las olas.
