  • The apartment is located on the beachfront in the Hipocampos building, the promenade is only a two minute walk away.



    It has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Independent fully equipped kitchen and a living room with sofa bed.

    Its terrace is perfect to enjoy the sea breeze in summer and the sun in winter.



    It also has air conditioning with centralised heat pump throughout the flat.



    The building has an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols for the summer months and a heated swimming pool open from October to May. Both are free of charge for our guests.



    You have the option of renting a parking space or outdoor garage for an additional cost.

Un alojamiento excelente frente al mar

El apartamento está muy bien equipado, limpio, excepcionalmente situado. Personal de la agencia muy amable y atento con las peticiones realizadas. Los colchones y almohadas también están muy aceptables. Las toallas son escasas, sólo un juego para cada persona y para seis días, y sobre todo pequeñas y con un algodón pésimo que no seca nada. Es lo único negativo de la equipación.

La ubicación frente a la playa, la terraza amplia y con vistas al mar. Apartamento moderno y decorado con buen gusto. Los colchones son justitos tirando a malos y lo que más nos apetece en nuestras vacaciones es aparte de disfrutar de la playa, piscina, ocio en esta zona, el poder dormir mucho y bien.

Primera línea de playa con acceso directo al paseo marítimo, piscina con duchas tanto para pies como cuerpo y hamacas.Amplia terraza con mesa y sillas para comer, hamacas y preciosas vistas.Bien insonorizado y persianas que cierran perfectamente y no entra nada de luz.Buen aire acondicionado.El apartamento es pequeñito pero perfecto para pasar unos días estupendos de playa y situado al lado de supermercados,bares,restaurantes,farmacias.Dispone de aparcamiento privado.Hemos estado súper agusto Se podría mejorar el menaje de cocina ya que las sartenes están algo deterioradas y se pega la comida. El sofá también se pega un poco al cuerpo por el material

El personal de la oficina son muy amables. Si algo necesitas para tu estancia, tratan de conseguirlo. Siempre lo recomendaré. Me encantaría que a los clientes que somos fieles y ya hemos ido varias veces tuviéramos un descuento adicional. Me gustaría que el parking estuviera incluido en la estancia, para los clientes asiduos.

TOUT sauf la télé ( voir dans la rubrique que pouvez vous ameliorer) le personnel est très à l'écoute l'immeuble est très bien entretenu, très bien sécurisé les appartements sont parfaits ( sauf peut être ceux qui ont un petit frigo top mais cette an mettre à dfisposition un guide clair pour se servir de la télé 4 chaines seulement disponibles pour la France ( il me semble que les années passées nous avions plus de chaines) .certains jours les films supposés être en francais étaient en langue étrangère nous avons fini par trouver qu il fallait alors appuyer sur la touche tools pour traduire en francais mais au bout de la 1ere semaine un guide clair en francais pour avoir le mode d'emploi serait le bienvenu ( d ailleurs en 2007 il y en avait un)

Entre el mar y la laguna.

El apartamento está muy bien para dos personas. Lo que más valoramos en verano es la terraza y las vistas tanto al mar como a la laguna y las montañas. Dentro todo es sencillo y correcto con los servicios de aire acondicionado y wifi funcionando bien, Las medidas de control de distanciamiento en la playa y en general en toda la restauración también nos han gustado y ayuda a animar a volver. Los ruidos musicales descontrolados provenientes del café/restaurante TEQUILA perjudican a los inquilinos del edificio. Las medidas de distanciamiento en algunos restaurantes como la TERRAZA, no son adecuadas. Aún en un año como éste y con ocupación más reducida los precios siguen siendo elevados, En nuestro caso tuvimos un descuento que fue decisivo para elegirles.

Vacaciones en familia perfectas

El edificio tres está un poco más alejado de la playa aunque sigue teniendo unas magníficas vistas. A cambio tienes una nevera mayor. El equipamiento estándar del apartamento está entre lo mejor que he visitado, tu segunda casa a 20 metros Finlandia playa. Terraza espectacular No se me ocurre nada.

Como en tu casa pero en el mejor lugar.

Apartamento muy limpio con muebles y decoración modernas, piscina en zonas comunes. De todos los servicios para pasar las vacaciones en familia en el paseo marítimo. Aire acondicionado, imprescindible si vas con niños. Vistas espectaculares en una terraza inmensa. Las horas de entrada y salida son un poco espartanas.
