We had a fantastic stay. The villa is in a great location close to Calpe and the taxi service was reliable. The villa was clean and well appointed. There was plenty of space and the rooms were comfortable and the air conditioning very welcome. The pool area was brilliant and we spent a great deal of time there enjoying it, as well as the excellent outdoor kitchen area. Secure parking was great. Scina was a fabulous host - good communication, very attentive and keen to help. No hesitation in recommending this for a wonderful holiday.

Family Holiday

Immaculate Villa with stunning pool and outdoor kitchen area. Nothing was too much trouble for our charming hosts. Would recommend this for a wonderful family holiday, great location and fantastic views and lovely garden area. Thanks to Scinna and Sergio we would love to return again.

10/10 for Villa Scina! The villa itself was beautiful- Clean, fully equipped and spacious! The pool area certainly had the wow factor! We spent most of our time in and around the pool, cooking on the outside grill and eating al fresco. The ‘pool guy’ came twice a week to maintain the pool. Scina and her husband were very welcoming and helpful. They met us when we arrived and showed us around the villa explaining everything we needed to know and were at the other end of the phone if needed. They gave us good recommendations for car hire, places to visit etc. Calpe itself is lovely. Plenty to do and see locally for those that want to venture out of the Villa. Beach, shops, restaurants etc. We enjoyed snorkelling around the coves at the beach, my husband climbed the famous rock and we tried a handful of the restaurants on the sea front. Perfect position to have dinner, look out onto the beach and watch the world go by. We wouldn’t think twice about rebooking with Scina. We know now how professionally she runs her rental business and that she has other villas. We would love to return with friends and family in the future and know we will be well looked after! Thank you Scina!

Perfect villa

Our family (2 adults and 3 children) have spent wonderful 10 days in Villa Scina. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. Villa is very beautiful, big nice garden with fresh fruits, big pool, beautiful view, safe and comfortable conditions. We found everything what we were expected for and even more. We stongly reccomend this villa for our friends. We hope to come here again.

Relaxing May Bank Holiday Break

Our stay at this villa was perfect. The booking process was simple and the welcome from the owners when we arrived warm and friendly. The property is immaculately presented with a homely feel and every amenity you could wish for. With its spacious layout and multiple socialising areas this makes for a great villa to spend time with family and friends. A highlight for us was the pool area and pool house which is lovely and is bathed in sun all day capped off with a great view. Of course you need a car to make the best of the area and this can been parked securely behind the electric gates. Not overlooked by neighbours - we would say it’s the perfect getaway destination.

Estancia muy agradable!

Nos hemos quedado en la Villa durante cuatro días. La villa es preciosa, con un jardín perfectamente cuidado, y una zona de piscina muy agradable que cuenta ademas con una cocina completa en la misma piscina. El interior de la casa está muy bien, destacando que la cocina cuenta con todo aquello que puedas necesitar. Los anfitriones son muy amables. Repetiremos seguro.

Very nice place to stay

We were received very nicely and friendly by the landlords. Everything was explained to us in detail during the handover! In reality, the villa is even more impressive and beautiful than on the pictures. We spent a very nice and relaxing time there. The equipment and the cleanliness were really excellent. The pool area with the outdoor kitchen is also really impressive. I can really recommend the accommodation to everyone!!!

Luxe et repos total

La maison est très spacieuse et exceptionnellement bien équipée. Rien ne manque. Suffisamment grande pour plusieurs couples avec enfants tout en gardant une intimité en raison de chambres à l étage et au rdc ( avec plusieurs salles de bain et WC qui plus est aux différents niveaux). Le cadre est sublime des arbres fruitiers et méditerranéens, et un environnement très calme pour des nuits reposantes. Le coin piscine est juste incroyable, grande piscine, entouree de transats, piscine nettoyée régulièrement, avec une vue mer et végétation. Un coin cuisine d'été très appréciable et bien équipé L'environnement permet d accéder au centre de calpe en peine 5 min en voiture . Un peu difficile à pieds en raison de l'absence de trottoirs, mais faisable pour les marcheurs. Absolument rien à redire, cette maison est exceptionnelle , le tarif très correct, et les propriétaires d'une grande gentillesse et cordialité. Je recommande vivement. Merci pour ce superbe séjour 😊 à bientôt je l'espère.

Gorgeous Holiday Paradise

Belles vacances

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans cette villa magnifique. La vue est splendide, la maison très jolie, extérieur bien entretenu avec de jolis cactées et arbres fruitiers. L'espace piscine et cuisine d'été (très complète) est ravissant. Les propriétaires sont très charmants et accueillants. Ils sont à l'écoute et toujours disponibles au moindre problème.

Amazing Villa with 5 Star Service!

What can one say about this Villa, from the moment you walk in you are just blown away. The owners Scina and Sergio just make you so welcome from the moment you arrive and the service/help they give during our stay would put many 5 Star Hotels to shame. We have stayed at many Villa's and never have we had a Villa that has a kitchen with everything. So many plates, glasses etc etc. The Villa was spotless when we arrived. The Pool area is just amazing, so much room and great outside dining area by the pool with Fridge/freeze, dishwasher and lovely gas Grill. The Pool was perfect, clean and so warm even though not heated, and the tiles around the pool are perfect with kids as not slippery(even when very wet). The Gardens just make the whole area so peaceful and relaxing. The area around the Villa is also very peaceful, there is only a 5min drive to Calpe or a lovely 25min walk to the town. All in all we had a wonderful week in an amazing Villa and I/we hope to return in the future. An amazing villa, will definitely be back

What an amazing villa, it gave a feeling of peace and tranquility but near to Calpe for all your restaurants, beaches and shops. The villa itself has a large pool and plenty of eating places outside. It is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated and furnished, also very well equipped, I can’t think of anything more that would be needed. Our hosts were friendly and attentive with lots of information, their main aim is to make sure you have the best holiday, we did, thank you Scina and Sergio. We will definitely be back.

We had a perfect vacation at Villa Scina in Calpe. Everything was better than expected. The city Calpe was very nice and beautiful. Calpe offers lots of activities for families and beautiful sites that you can visit. We advise you to go hiking on the Penon de Ifach if you have the chance. The neighbourhood where the villa is located was very beautiful and quiet. The Villa had everything we wanted like, big and comfortable suites and bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room and terrace where we could relax and a big pool to cool off from the heat of the sun. The beautiful sea view on the terrace was brethtaking. The big garden had beautiful flowers and palm trees. I want to thank the owners of the villa, Scina and Sergio, for their hospitality. They provided everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Thank you for everything and we will visit you again very soon.

Entspannung pur!

Wir (4 Erw. + 2 Ki.) haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in der Villa Scina verbracht. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick und seine Ruhe. Unsere beiden Kinder (4 und 6 Jahre) waren am Ende des Urlaubes ganz traurig darüber, dass Sie den schönen Pool verlassen müssen. Die Zeit verging wie im Flug. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.

Wer Interesse am Feinsten hat, ist hier genau richtig! Wundervolle Vermieter und eine geschmackvoll ausgestatte Villa lassen keine Wünsche offen. Ruhige Lage, grandioses Meerpanorama, Sonnenaufgänge, großzügiger Pool, exklusive Innenausstattung und nahegelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten garantieren perfekte Erholung. Dolce Vita! Wie bei Freunden zu Gast

Wir waren für 6 Wochen zu Gast bei Scina und Sergio in der Villa Scina. Es ist einfach toll, wie wir von den Beiden verwöhnt wurden. Die Villa ist wirklich ein Traum und wir haben nichts vermisst. Tolles Haus

Es wurde in der Beschreibung nicht zuviel versprochen - eine wirklich top gepflegte Villa, in der alles vorhanden ist, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Alles sehr gepflegt,schöner Poolbereich mit Meerblick und sehr nettem Vermietern.Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich zu empfehlen, allerdings nicht im September - denn da würden wir gerne selber wiederkommen.

Traumurlaub in Calpe

Wir waren als 4-köpfige Familie in unserem Sommerurlaub dort und verbrachten traumhafte 2 Wochen. Die Villa ist absolut gepflegt und mit Liebe fürs Detail eingerichtet, so dass man den Eindruck hat, die Vermieter würden normalerweise dort wohnen. Auch die Außenanlage und der Poolbereich sind absolut perfekt. Großzügig angelegt und liebevoll gepflegt. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment wohl gefühlt, wozu auch die Art von Scina und Sergio beigetragen hat. Man hat das Gefühl als sei man bei Freunden zu Besuch. Hinzu kommt, dass Sie jederzeit für Fragen zu erreichen sind und sollte doch mal was nicht ganz passen, sind sie sofort zur Stelle um sich darum zu kümmern. Hier kann man eigentlich nichts verkehrt machen und ist mit Sicherheit gut aufgehoben während seines Urlaubs. Andrea, Simon, Eva, Stefan
